“It's OK. I thought it would be better quality being from Ashley. They sent two right sides of one of the drawers. The drawers don't open and close as easily as I would have expected. While moving it, the bottom part comes off and I have to tap it back in.
I bought another one from another distributor and for less money and the ease of the opening and closing of the drawers are much better.”

Jumping through hoops

“Purchased this dresser online. Put it together. when putting in one of the drawers, one side went in further than the other side. The railing is not aligned properly. Pieces #7 and #8 on several of the drawers does not fit snuggly against the facing of the drawer, so there is a gap. contacted customer service. They were only gonna give me a $20 discount on a $240 purchase. Asked for a refund. Now this is where you get to jump through all the hoops. Can’t return it to the store. You have to donate it to Goodwill and get a receipt and pictures for proof. Then email that receipt and pictures to Customer Service. Then they decide whether you get a refund or not. If they say no, then you just donated a dresser and you’re out $240. Seriously! Dresser weighs 120 pounds. Can’t remove the drawers because they’re screwed to the railings. Pretty heavy to transport. Returning to store would be quicker and more efficient for the customer. Along, with knowing if you’re going to even get a refund.”

FedEx is awful. My items shipped over a week ago but not delivered. Ashley customer service is not help, neither is FedEx

“Still have not received this item even though it was shipped over a week ago. Still waiting....Seems like it's easy for Ashley to take your money but not as easy to ensure the items are delivered. Ashley customer service is a joke. I won't ever shop online for such large pieces as FedEx (Who Ashley uses for ground shipping) seems unable to delivered those pieces. This Chest of Drawers and the Closet Unit I ordered were shipped but not delivered. All Ashley and FedEx have told me to do is "keep waiting"...easy for them to say them them have MY MONEY but I DONT HAVE MY ITEMS. Very disappointed customer. I've ordered larger pieces in store and had them delivered with NO issues. Not sure why shopping online is so different. DO NOT ORDER LARGE PIECES ONLINE. They will not be delivered.”
