Drawers don't slide out far enough

“Beautiful dresser. Color and style is as pictured. Don't like that the drawers slide out less than half way. Makes accessing items/clothes in the back very difficult. There was also some damage to one of the side pieces from shipping.”

Super Easy + Solid Construction

“This was super-easy to put together. It looks great and is solid and sturdy. It is much bigger than I expected, which is my bad. It is perfect for my son's room. My only concern is that there is no way for the drawers to come out more than half way (reason for 4 stars instead of 5). It is a little difficult to access items in the back of a full drawer.”

“The chest had damage on the front of the two drawers and three of the drawer slides don’t slide so still working on fixing that problem. Also purchases the bed and the bed rails didn’t fit so they couldn’t be connected on both sides.”

Drawers open only half way

“If I could give this zero stars I would. The drawers only open about 6” and we are preparing for a baby coming next month so now we are having the practicality beg customer service to let us take this back to a retail store or give us partial credit or something because they’re not usable at all for my husband or myself to use with what we are needing it for. Baby items are small and with only 6” of the drawer being accessible, we can only use half the drawer with baskets or else the items just go all over the place in the drawer and we can’t get to them. Definitely a design flaw and this should not be allowed to be sold until that flaw is fixed. Same this with the matching dresser that goes with this set. We’ve spent over $700 for this furniture to be useless to us. Thanks Ashley’s furniture.”
