“We bought this for our nursery. It’s very nice and sturdy. The product we got was what was Exactly shown. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the drawers don’t open all the way which makes it a little hard because they are actually really nice and deep. So it was a little disappointing when they barely open halfway.”

“As far as appearance goes, I like it a lot. However we keep coming across a lot of issues. Had a part that was broken, got that replaced. My husband is building it but half of the screws won’t go into the right side of the drawers. And the description online says
“Drawers extend out to accommodate maximum access to drawer interior while maintaining safety“
The drawers don’t come out that far, I have drawers from my ikea dresser that extend out safely and allow you to see everything you have put in the drawer. The battelle drawer does not extend out very far. You can’t even see the clothing you have folded in the back.
I was so excited for this dresser because it said it extends out for maximum access but I don’t believe that’s true. My husband can’t even finish building it because of the issue with the screws not catching. I am thinking of returning it.”

After my second phone call to Ashley, they told me that will mail the correct panel which will take up to 7 days for me to receive and complete the project. This is an inconvenience as I have guest arriving in a few days. Let's see what happens. Still waiting for the nightstand to arrive.”

“Dresser looks nice however I was expecting a better overall quality. Many pieces came chipped. The drawers only open about a 1/4 of the way. IKEA has better build quality when it comes to the drawers. The pictures show that the drawers open fully however they don't, I wish that was more clear instead of falsely advertising to customers.”

“The package arrived with a broken piece and a badly damaged top. Ashley sent two new pieces without much hassle on my part. However I had to wait 2 weeks before I could build the dresser as the pieces were main parts. Once built, the drawers rub along the side edge and will eventually lead to scratch marks. Additionally the drawers are all crooked. I have the side tables and 5 drawer dresser and none of them have I had this problem. This 6 drawer dresser is by FAR the worst designed. It is like the pre-drilled holes and drawer hardware are all off/mismeasured.”

“Box was extremely heavy! Assembly instructions were simple and easy with virtual instruction as well -I was able to build two of these by myself in a few hours. I saw other complaints about the drawers not opening all the way- while this is true, it hasn’t been an issue for me. Overall great quality for the price”

“One of the pieces came damaged. Completely broken and unusable. I called customer support and they requested pictures of the damaged piece, which I immediately sent. Then I’m told it’ll be 7-10 days for delivery. I asked that it’d be expedited but was told that wasn’t an option. Unacceptable to deliver damaged furniture and then not do everything possible to make it right. If I had not also ordered the nightstand and desk and paid a lot of money to have assembled, I would return the dresser due to poor quality and poor customer service. I have also not received a follow up email documenting the telephone call with customer service. As it stands now I have no idea whether or not the replacement piece will be mailed, much less when.”
