“Stupid 72 hour return policy. Matching headboard was cracked. Color doesn’t match. Didn’t open in 72 hours as it was ordered in the middle of the week and I have other things to do than open and assemble furniture mid week. Two end tables and headboard ordered. I don’t want any of it and I can’t return it. $360 wasted. Customer service useless. I will never order anything Ashley again.”

“Received the headboard with required screws missing for assembly. The Parts Chat will ghost you, and the email address listed for getting missing parts is no help. I've gotten better quality materials from Amazon, with no missing parts, and not having to wait weeks for delivery. I was considering buying more from this line for a matching set, but after this experience most definitely will not be.”
