“Product looks nice once put together, but good luck doing that. These instructions might as well have been written in a language you’ve never seen. It doesn’t give any direction on which way you’re supposed to set the parts, and you can’t tell something is wrong until the whole thing is put together. Then you have to take it all apart and start over. Each part is essentially symmetrical so it’s all luck if you end up getting right first try. Very disappointed in the experience after we purchased these.”

“I’m not sure how stable they expect this to be with only 1 screw in each side of the bottom piece but this was extremely wobbly when I finished and I had to get a drill and more screws to make this thing stand without leaning. Finished and it looks decent at best. I suppose you get what you pay for but it sucks when you assemble it yourself and have to go buy more supplies to get it in usable condition. The wood split very easily and lots of the screws stripped as i was screwing them in. There needs to be a better system for lining the sides up and keeping them straight for one person assembly if you don’t have a t square or level. Now I have screw heads on the top of my nightstand as well as it being somewhat crooked since I assembled it alone lol. I guess it was because as tired as I was when I assembled it I wasn’t paying attention and positioned the top piece where the bare part would show, but other than that followed the directions to a tee”

“I love the set the only bad thing about the dressers is the drawers don’t open all the way so it’s hard to get stuff in and out.. the bed has a tarp thing covering the slats (instead of a box spring) and it would make noise with every movement for the first few weeks but it goes away, I love the set”

“Visually as advertised but as others have commented, the assembly instructions are poor. Because everything is symmetrical and there is no clear directionality in the pictures, it is very easy to assemble things backwards. Frustrating to say the least and does not take 20 minutes due to this. Just a bit more clarity would be immensely helpful. Don’t bother with the “video” instructions - it is literally just the booklet in PowerPoint form.”
