Disappointed, poor quality control

“I’m kind of conflicted on this product as I had lots of issues with it. When I received the dresser it came with 3 left legs and one right leg, also the whole left side piece came cracked. I called to get a replacement piece and received it about 10 or 11 days later. When the new part arrived it was missing pilot holes for the designated screws and the sliders extended almost 3 inches less than the other side so the drawers kept getting stuck and don’t extend properly. Unfortunately I noticed this after putting the pieces together with the provided nails and screws so it cannot be dismantled and I was unable to get a new dresser. Looks good but doesn’t function properly, disappointed.”

“less than a year later, the drawer railing broke. it’s very cheap wood. doesn’t look high quality at all and it doesn’t take much wear and tear. i get that it’s an affordable dresser but it simply looks so cheap and gets scratched so easily. this is more suitable for a spare bedroom”

“I like the way it looks in my space. It was a bit tricky to get the drawers attached to the gliding bars and took longer to assemble solo, but I got it at the end of the day. I wish the handles were more gold as shown in the pictures but they appear much more brown/bronze.”

“obviously not solid wood, took me roughly an hour and a half to put it together by myself. super happy with it. i ordered the whole Calverson set lol. seems like it'll hold up. didn't come with a screwdriver, so i had to go buy one which is sorta annoying. they could throw in a fifty cent screwdriver, but whatever”

“I love the set the only bad thing about the dressers is the drawers don’t open all the way so it’s hard to get stuff in and out.. the bed has a tarp thing covering the slats (instead of a box spring) and it would make noise with every movement for the first few weeks but it goes away, I love the set”

“I had this dresser for about two years then started to notice little metal balls in my clothing. I would beware of buying if you have small children or animals. I think they must be in the drawer slides to help with movement. The drawers then started to collapse, and I was unable to repair the drawers. Looking into purchasing a better-quality dresser this time around because a two year life span is not good. Looks good but I wouldn't buy again.”

“Great for the price and overall halpy with the product. However i will be nitpicky...
I had issues with the drawer slides. I found that two would not close flush with one side springing out and the ither sitting back where it should. Solved by crimping the slide down a little harder onto the rail with some pliers.
With the drawers no linger springing out im happy with it, especially for $200 (as of June 2025). They aren't exactly flush but thats me being really picky.”
