“The panel headboard does not have a screw hole on it that connects linearly to the platform bed. On top of that, the item came with scratches. Because the headboard doesn’t align with the bed, the headboard moves a lot and and is not stable. To add to the list of things that made this bed extremely underwhelming, the black panel that goes on the bottom of my mattress isn’t stable at all and whenever I lay on the bed it is extremely squeaky and makes a lot of noise. I will not be buying a bed from here again.”

“This is an OK platform bed. There are sharp edges everywhere, I scraped skin off knuckles just trying to make the bed. The instructions say 30 minutes to put together, which is laughable. There were no pre-drilled holes for the screws that secure the platform to the frame. It looks all right, but I would not buy this again.”

“Not bad for the money I guess. Held up to our healthy marriage.. so far. Super noisy tarp canvas tho, we cut ours off and no more noise! Headboard feels really cheap and will break without much force. Looks nice despite being a wood print sticker on cheap particle board. Won't survive a move probably because you have to screw the aluminum slats into a block. My advice is buy a better platform bed. Also, they shorted us a screw.”

“Months after purchase, the metal supports in the middle of the bed have buckled and fallen apart. The metal brackets at the top of the center support broke first, then the other supports went out. The bed now has a noticeable slump in the middle, making it difficult to sleep on.”

“Lasted about 1.5 years. Too many screws (so things loosen) and the cross bars not long enough to fasted securely into cheap particle wood. The head board needed more fasteners to be secure to frame. When it literally fell apart come to find the middle leg was not machined with the bends of the other legs. Looks nice but not sturdy at all. Of course it was out of warranty.”

Only problem with the order was it was dropped off and left outside in the open instead of on my open outside stoop porch that has a roof over it where all my other deliveries are always made. The package is to heavy for one person to move and by leaving it where they did left it open to the heavy down pours the area was experiencing.”

“This order has been a nightmare. Do not order from Ashley online if you have a specific day you need something. I ordered this bed on 8/6. The confirmation said it would be delivered by 8/9. As of the morning of 8/9 FedEx hadn't even received it yet, even though a label was created on 8/7. I needed the bed by 8/9 to move my college daughter into her house. I chatted with an agent online the morning of 8/9 and she put in an "interception request" to fedex so it wouldn't be sent. Today on 8/14 I get an email from fedex that my order is arriving today (5 days later than promised) after it was supposed to be canceled. Now my daughter will have to deal with returning this item since we had to buy a different bed on 8/9. I'm guessing we are going to lose some money in this return also even though it wasn't our fault. Horrible service. I will never buy anything from Ashley online again.”
