“Went together according to directions in short time without incident. It is quite firm owing to the platform and I did not buy a box spring on advice of Ashly personnel. It is attractive in its site in my home. I’m pleased. The mattress seemed quite flat when it arrived and I was tempted to return it. But in about a week on the platform it plummeted up to the size I expected. The fact that this is a guest space makes it easier to overlook my dissatisfactions. I would not like to sleep on it.”

No Headboard Instructions!!!

“Putting this bed together was a nightmare! There were no holes to screw the railings into and there were NO directions to putting the headboard together. I had to figure it out from the picture of the finished product. Very unprofessional! I did, by the way, call the number on the instructions for help but you weren’t open.”

“I love the set the only bad thing about the dressers is the drawers don’t open all the way so it’s hard to get stuff in and out.. the bed has a tarp thing covering the slats (instead of a box spring) and it would make noise with every movement for the first few weeks but it goes away, I love the set”
