“Love the color but not a lot of space for screws to hold on back of dresser. I had one that broke. The corners of this are dangerously sharp. That was my husband’s biggest complaint about it. I have already scratched myself several times. It functions well and has good space.”

“I love the overall look of the dresser. It goes great in our bedroom. The only thing that's really disappointing is that the drawers don't open very much. They open, maybe at most, about half way and there's so much more room inside you have to push your clothes towards the back. Makes seeing anything in the back impossible unless you the clothes from the front out. Very frustrating! I would not buy this again knowing what I know. I definitely wish I would've look through the reviews more! Now my husband has to go buy all new drawer tracks to fix this on top of having bought 2 of these dressers! Bummer.”

It’s salt and pepper flecks. So overall the lightest grey. Which is nicer than I thought. I wouldn’t have called it snow which makes it seem pure white.”

“Ordered this for a spare bedroom. Shipping was very fast and the box was very heavy. Putting it together wasn't too bad. I had a hard time getting the drawer slides to secure. Once I put it together, I went to move it into it's new spot and the front "kick plate" tore off the dresser. :( I used some wood glue to glue it so it isn't pretty. I thought it was pretty sturdy until that happened.”

“We had such a hard time finding an affordable but not “cheap” chest for my son’s room and then we discovered this chest of drawers! We needed to move him out of his baby dresser into a regular-sized chest. The drawers are deep and the height is great. The instructions were easy to follow, and God Bless Ashley, the drawer rails are already in place-unlike the nightmare reviews I’ve read for other products. The price point worked for us as well — I saw far inferior products online that cost far more. One note— the drawers only come out about halfway, I suspect it’s a non-tipping mechanism. We were surprised by that but not put off or disappointed in the chest itself. Honestly thinking about getting another one for my daughter before the price goes up or the chest is no longer available. Definitely recommend.”

This makes it difficult to get to items at the back of the drawer. If I want to get something out of the back of the drawer, and I have a lot toward the front of the drawer, I have to take the items from the front of the drawer out to get items from the back of the drawer. This is quite annoying. Would otherwise get 5 stars.”

“This has been the most frustrating experience. I received this package a few weeks ago and it was missing a part and and accessory tool was broken. I immediately reached out to the warranty department and she assured me that a replacement will be sent and to proceed with assembly. When I followed up, no part was ordered and a second representative said she could help me…she didn’t. I called again and a third representative was able to order the part and gave me an order number. To follow up, I received a tracking number, and it showed that the item had been delivered BUT it was not delivered to me. When I tried to report a missing package from FedEx they said the address didn’t match so no telling where it was delivered. I reached out to Ashley again and was told they had to research it so I asked about steps to just return it because I was getting extremely frustrated. The representative told me that I would have to pay to ship it back! It’s been a nightmare and still not resolved!!”

“This is the jinkest designed dresser have ever seen. Not only cheap partial board instead of real solid wood, which is stronger and lighter. No istead Ashley and other modern furniture manufacturers would rather take free saw dust throw it in a press with glue and make cheap wood dust panels. It save them money from using real wood. It also sucks because it is heavy, brittle breaking easily under stress. It absorbs water and expands it it ever get wet losing its structural integrity. Real sold wood and plywood do not do that. Horrible designed connections. The drawer bottoms are cut 1/2" too short or the side drawer holes drilled a 1/2" off. Both bad engineering design and low quality manufacturing and measurement. If you wanna say F your customers for cheap poor quality furniture instead of the former high quality sold wood furniture Ashley use to make, they succeeded.”

On a side note, you’ll need a Phillips and flat head screw driver and it doesn’t come with those in the tools. The drawers are of good size, I wish they pulled out just a bit further - it would make getting clothes in and out of the drawers a little easier. It met expectations in the amount of time it took to build them. A 12 year old built one of the units on their own in 2 hours without any adult assistance. Overall I am very pleased with the chests.”

“The worst delivery service. Three attempts and I received multiple calls that my special order came damaged. I never even received half of my order!!! Weeks went by and it was excuse after excuse. Communication is horrible. You would think they were take better care of “special orders” but they use saran wrap to supposedly protect your furniture but it doesn’t protect anything. Especially from dents. Will never shop here again!!!”
