Beautiful bed but noisy.

“I bought this platform bed so I didn’t have to use a boxspring. I love the look of it and it looks great with my other bedroom furniture. The only reason I’m only giving it a 3 star rating is because it squeaks when tossing and getting in and out of the bed. I think it has something to do with the underneath of the bed where the railings were drilled in. It seems like the material that is connected to them is squeaking. Maybe I need to adjust something but not sure what.”

“After putting the frame together, my box spring did not fit. The assembly had bolts to high and they are in the way of setting the box spring in place.”

“The product is fine. The rating is lower due to poor delivery by FedEx. The driver literally the box from his height on to our porch. One end was inside the porch and the other end in our yard next to the lawn. Thankfully we were able to retrieve it before the sprinklers went off.
The product was easy to assemble. So far so good.”

“Bought this for traditional Japanese style bedding (tatami mats & futon) to give air flow and circulation so the interior measurements are critical. I spoke to customer service prior to ordering to obtain those. The legs make it impossible for the tatami mats to sit flush inside the frame. The measurements I was given were incorrect. Also it is HORRIBLE experience to assemble it!!!”
