Misleading Product Information and Unhelpful Customer Service - Avoid This Dresser and Seller

“I strongly advise against buying this dresser, especially from this seller. By design, the dresser's drawers only extend 7 inches, despite being 17 inches deep, which means you lose access to more than half of the storage space. This crucial detail was not disclosed by either the manufacturer or the seller, leaving customers to discover the short drawer extension only after completing the assembly process.
To make matters worse, neither the seller nor the manufacturer is taking responsibility for this lack of disclosure. Throughout this lengthy process, customer care has been entirely unhelpful, providing nothing but misinformation and offering no meaningful assistance.
Do NOT buy this dresser and avoid purchasing any furniture from this seller. They shirk their responsibilities, leaving customers stuck with an inadequate product and having spent hundreds of dollars due to their failure to provide essential information.”

“The dresser is nice for the price. It was difficult to put together and came with lots of pieces. It is not real wood but has been sturdy for months. They will not assemble it for you so make sure you have two people. I changed out the handles.”

“We love the dresser for our babies nursery. However, it came with damage and I’m very disappointed. We aren’t in a position to box it back up and send it back and wait on a replacement but as a loyal Ashley customer I hope there are some accommodations made.”
