“I really like the chest of drawers. It looks good. It is sturdy. Drawers open and close smoothly.
My only complaint is, somewhere along the line the box was dropped. The left side took the impact. It isn't really noticeable. But the is a slight bend and crack in the wood. I did not report this because the chest functions as it should. I do not want to disassemble it and, even though it was fairly easy to assemble, I do not wish to assemble another one.
If need be. I would purchase another chest like this one.”

“This chest of drawers are a direct march to my floor. The chest of drawers are very nice looking, but the engineered wood is very easy to scratch or break. It is not a sturdy supporting piece of furniture like wood is. I am happy with this chest of drawers.”

“I like the color and finish and look. Very modern. However, the shelves only open maybe 2/5 the way due to child protection preventing it from tipping. It’s not only extremely annoying but makes it nearly unusable. Returned the ones we didn’t open.”

“Although I don’t have specific comments on the product itself, my experience ordering through Ashley Furniture’s website was extremely frustrating. A glitch in the system caused issues with addresses and quantities, which may have been compounded by accessing the site from different computers.
Unlike virtually every other online retailer, Ashley does not allow you to easily cancel or modify an order. What should have been a simple fix turned into several weeks of back-and-forth, with multiple lengthy phone calls, before I was finally able to get the items returned.
Ashley’s online shopping process is, frankly, a mess. I would only recommend ordering if you are 100% certain of what you want, because their policies are rigid and their customer service is unhelpful and confused. Competitors have far more reasonable return policies and cooperative support, which makes the contrast even more disappointing.”
