“We really like our dresser. It wasn't too complicated to put together and came out nice. We bought 2. Boxes were VERY heavy. The drawers are not very deep, and the drawers don't pull out enough to see the items towards the backs of the drawers. And they slide open slightly- we always have to close a drawer or two. But quality of materials and looks are very nice.”

Good looking dresser except the drawers won’t close.

“Drawers don’t open all the way, so you can only see what’s in the front. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed so we had to add a piece of wood to the front of the dresser so that it would lean back a bit so that they would stay closed. Besides that it’s a good looking dresser and you can’t beat the price.”

“I was initially hesitant about purchasing because it’s only located at the outlet and neither of the outlets near me had it in stock. But I took a chance and so glad I did. This dresser matches my new bed perfectly (different brand but also purchased from Ashley). It was pretty easy to assemble and fits in the space perfectly. For this price, you can’t beat it. Buy now!!!”

“The whole experience was awful. My package somehow got lost which I understand happens. Ashley’s customer service however was terrible. I kept getting the run around and no one could answer my questions. It took weeks. Once I got the product, a corner was damaged and since I had such a terrible time with customer service, I’m just dealing with it. Won’t be buying from them again.”

“Would not recommend any furniture from Ashley’s. Don’t get this dresser nor anything for that matter! Dressers are cheap and customer service reps and managers are rude, especially when requesting to return furniture. I’d still want to keep it off the material was halfway decent. Also, if you live in an apt/condo, and you’re not on the first floor, they will now deliver to your door even with elevator access, per customer service reps.”
