“This showed up at my doorstep one day after purchasing. It is easy to put together. The only complaint I would have is that there is nothing that the bed sits on. It’s just on the floor. I’m sure you could buy some sort of supports if you are worried about mold or whatever could happen with just a mattress on the bare floor.”

“Well designed, with good build quality, even if some of it is MDF. Don't let that get in the way of buying it. I was hesitant about purchasing because of that but it's not an issue and doesn't seem like it will come apart soon. It's a bit difficult to put together if doing it alone, you have to be careful not to hyperextend the pieces you already put together. Aesthetically it is amazing, and looks good especially with the Costco Dream Cloud mattresses.”

“My, now teenage, son has had issues with putting things under his bed for years, we dropped his bed to the floor a couple of years ago but I hated that he never had any sort of formal bed frame. Found this and it's great. The little cubbies are nice for him to put his remote and random things in and the USB-C ports are a plus since he has multiple things to charge. Super easy to assemble, I did it by myself in 20-30 minutes. We did a little customizing to the side boards to make it an inch wider because it's made to use with just a mattress and his boxspring wouldn't fit so my husband had to put the frame boards on the outside versus the normal way on the inside of the headboard and sideboard. Then his boxspring slid in like a charm.”

“The bed is exactly as expected with one caveat, there’s no base for the mattress. It sits directly on the floor (carpet) which I did not realize.
Most mattress experts agree you shouldn’t put a mattress on the floor for moisture issues, so I wish I had known that. we would’ve probably still purchased it which is why I’m giving it four stars but it would’ve been nice to have understood that when we purchased, based on the online information.
My husband was able to cut a price of plywood to fit perfectly and it actually has made making the bed a lot easier (bonus).”

“Takes awhile to put together. The wrong length screws were included. The screws to connect the bookshelves together were too short. Had to go Lowe’s to get long screws. So assembly should probably take 1 hour if you have the correct screws. Overall this frame is solid and well built. Teenage son loves it.”

“I definitely wouldn’t call this a bookcase bed. The space is barely wide enough to hold the smallest of board books for my toddler. They still hang over the edge some. Instructions were easy to comprehend. My husband and I slapped it together within a couple hours. We probably would have done it faster if kids weren’t helping. We’re happy for the price and quality. It’s been a fun transition for the little one. I’d recommend it with the heads up about the sizing though.”

“It’s an ok bed considering the price point. I would expect the corners to be somewhat rounded, they are very sharp for a kids bed. The bookshelves are not very deep, look much deeper with the books in the picture but only small, thin books fit. The twin mattress we got barely fits into the frame, had to push it in and the sheets don’t tuck in very well. We weren’t wanting to spend a lot of money on a frame so it’s good enough but had higher expectations. It didn’t take too long to put together because there isn’t much to it. Delivery was really fast, about 2 days from ordering it.”

“Color was different than the photos online. I called to request a color swap or return and the lady on the phone told me I have to ship it back myself. I didn’t wanna pay an additional $100.00 to ship it back so now I’m stuck with two beds I don’t like. All over the website it says free 30 day returns.
On the phone she told me to read the fine print next time. Every time I buy something from this company I’m baffled by how shady they are compared to other companies.
I also which the bed frame itself was better quality. The mattress just sits on the floor so I’m gonna have to buy additional stuff to make sure it doesn’t make my mattress mold.”
