“There are no slats to keep your mattress off of the floor so it doesn’t mold. Overall it was easy to put together but its cheap particle board and our full size mattress would not fit within the frame. Also upon opening nearly three cups of gravel poured out which was very strange. I was not within the window to return once I built the bed or I would have returned it. Now I need to figure out a different solution to use it.”

“Our oldest daughter wanted a bed that could surround her with books and this bed met her criteria. She loves it so much! It feels like good quality, nice and sturdy. My husband had no complaints about putting it together. As the pics on the website show there is no support for a mattress. We found a 5” box spring and an 8” mattress that worked out for the bed. We made sure to get the measurements all figured out when finding the right support and mattress that work with this bed. We are all really happy with this bed!”

Really cute but not for everyone

“Well priced and we like it. Seven year old grandson is a fan. It did take a while to put together-the instructions aren’t entirely accurate but the video was helpful. And by way of reference-the hubs is a Swedish engineneer who has assembled a tremendous amount of ikea. Very low to ground and mattress sits directly on the floor which makes making up the bed a bit more difficult. You have to physically lift the mattress up at the corners out of the retaining rails and queen/full bedspread is pooled on the floor unless you fold it in. Grandson will sleep in it a couple of times a month so all good-I anticipated that all of this would be the case. It’s a cute little bed and decently sturdy but be thoughtful around if it’s comfortable around the cons.”

“This showed up at my doorstep one day after purchasing. It is easy to put together. The only complaint I would have is that there is nothing that the bed sits on. It’s just on the floor. I’m sure you could buy some sort of supports if you are worried about mold or whatever could happen with just a mattress on the bare floor.”

“I got 2 twin and 1 full and I like them all very much. The only thing I was a little sad about was when I made the order it gave me a date of delivery. I just got a new place and could not have it arrive before my move date. I also filled out my number to be contacted on delivery and would have free assembly. The day before move date my order was shipped without one call and left at the door. I had no clue until the next day. All in all I got the beds together and like them I’m just not happy with the service provided.”

But he had a platform bed before and I just used those slats underneath to get it up off the floor. Worked out well.”

“As my other review on the side panel. The stackup was bad. The bolts would not fit through the bracket, the board and into the wingnut. Yes the wingnut had recessed threads for some reason that is beyond me. The cistomer service rep was no help and I wasted about 2 extra hours of my day and money driving to the nearest hardware and purchasing the right parts. OOOORRRRRR I could have left a partially assembled bed frame in my house serving no purpose and risking damage. NG”

Disappointed with Fit and Customer Service Response

“I recently purchased two full-size beds for my children, but unfortunately, both have the same issue. The mattress does not fit properly inside the frame, making it impossible to secure the side rails with screws—they simply don’t align with the designated holes.
If I try to fit the mattress inside, the outer edges put excessive pressure on the frame, causing the wood to bend outward into a convex shape. This is a serious design flaw.
To ensure the issue wasn’t with the mattress, I even purchased two different brands, but the problem remained the same. I also reached out to customer service via email and sent photos of the issue, but I have not received any response.
In order to prevent damage to the wood and allow the mattress to fit properly, I had to secure part of the bed frame outside of the intended structure, which is not ideal.
Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer support. I do not recommend this bed unless this issue is addressed.”

“I am satisfied with the product however one of the boxes seemed to have be packaged in a gravel pit. We opened the box and dirt and rocks poured out all the pieces were covered with dirt. I had to clean every piece before we could start putting it together. On top of that I had cleaned and prepped the bedroom before starting to building and I had to reclean the entire room because it was filthy due to the dirt in the packaging.
Extremely disappointed with the shipping and how it was received.”
