Drawers barely open

“It looks nice and was easy enough to put together, but functionally it's awful. The drawers are 16" deep, but open less than 7.5", so it's an absolute pain to get anything into or out of the back of the drawers. I know it's supposed to be a safety feature, but the actual measurement needs to be part of the description. Very disappointed that I bought this. If there are replacement drawer glides that extend farther, I'd love to put them on instead.”

“I think the dressers themselves are awesome. I also ordered matching nightstands. My ordering amd customer service experience was terrible. They were supposed to ship April 7th. They finally shipped April 26th. When I reached out to customer service I was treated very poorly.”

Save your money and buy a real piece of furniture

“Apparently you have to spend $800 for a worthwhile dresser. If you are on a slim budget and need a dresser quickly then this is tolerable. Delivery was fast. The drawers only pull out half way leaving 50% of the contents in the dark unaccessible back. I don’t mind dealing with a little bit of disappointing wallpapered press board for the time being but the fact that the drawers only pull out 50% of the way is a totally ridiculous. How am I supposed to look thru my folded clothes when I can’t see into half of the drawer? Had I know this I would have tried to find something else however probably all of Ashley furniture dressers at $200 have this design. We kept a screw out which allows you to open the damn drawer but if you pull it out too far it will come all the out so beware. How annoying. Also one of the drawer pieces broke by gently following the instructions due to it being cheap pressboard. Probably the last time I will buy anything other than real wood.”

“Very disappointed. Missing and damaged parts! I tried calling the customer service number SEVERAL times and was unsuccessful! I then went on the website and used the agent chat. It took forever and I asked 3 times for a supervisor to call me and was told “they were busy”!!”

“it's a little bit smaller than what you think. it's going to be based on the dimensions of the drawers, but it definitely gets the job done and it's a good neutral color.
it's kind of a pain to put together and I definitely suggest having two people do it but one person can finish it on their own. it's just a big task. pro tip, when you get to step 20, you may think that the screws are not the right size and are too small, but they are the right size and they do go on the inside of the drawer. what I did was use the T-shirt to push on the protrusions on the outer rail like the picture shows and then it's much easier to screw in the screws from me inside.”
