Inaccessible drawers

“It looks nice and was easy enough to put together, but functionally it's awful. The drawers are 16" deep, but open less than 7.5", so it's an absolute pain to get anything into or out of the back of the drawers. If I wanted a drawer that opened 7.5", I would've gotten a dresser that was less deep. I know it's supposed to be a safety feature, but the actual measurement needs to be part of the description.”

“Dresser is just okay. Some preinstalled parts either didn't move or were put on backwards. Metal frame at bottom one of the screw holes was bent had to bend it back into position before screw would thread into hole. Not sure I would buy again.”

7th Neilsville Piece assembled with no problems

“The Neilsville 6 drawer dresser was , as were the other 6 pieces, easy to assemble. Every predrilled hole was where it was supposed to be and every piece of hardware was included as described. The finished pieces are sturdy and attractive. I would not hesitate to recommend these pieces to a friend or to order more Ashley ready to assemble furniture if needed. If this 76 yr old woman can assemble these pieces without assistance, almost anyone can.”

“The dresser overall was decent...but the color description leaves much to be desired. The "multi-gray" is more accurately described as "multi-brown." There is minimal gray in this dresser; I wish there were better pictures. Unfortunately, it clashes with my grey bedroom decor. Disappointed. The drawers were a challenge to put together but the cabinet itself was fine to put together.”

“It came with the backboard damaged. The hole was almost completely through. They did mail a new one, but there are so many tiny nails that we left the damaged backboard on the dresser. It was pretty simple to put together, but because it's not a well made product the drawers stick even with the gliders”

“While this dresser looks very nice, it is not functional. There is something in the drawer mechanism that prevents the drawers from opening fully, the drawers are about 16" deep, yet they can only open about 7", making these very difficult to use.”

“Simply never purchase from Ashley. Over the phone support is useless. Even after speaking with a manager I was assured my product would arrive on its set delivery date. It arrived instead two days before closing, thanks for that headache. So I cancelled my remaining order and was assured, again it wouldn’t be delivered. Well, you guessed it…it delivered. Never buy from this company, rest assured you’ll appreciate my advice.”

“I really like the dresser. It is a solid build and doesn't look cheap. Had to assemble, which the manufacturers made it really simple in a step-by-step fashion. It does take two people.
I even found a lampshade to match!”
