“Yea it looks nice, but for the price it is not worth your money. You can get something for way cheaper and possibly better quality on wayfair. Also was on the difficult side to build, it took 4 hours to build a dresser… would NOT recommend!!”

Pretty but....

“First one arrived damaged. The box was all torn up and the chest was cracked and scratched up. Took a month to get replacement. Replacement wasn't damaged but the drawers will not stay closed. All of them randomly slide open.
Its very pretty, matches my decor well...thats the only reason I'll be keeping it. Didn't like the fact that it was a DIY....put it together yourself protect. Should have arrived assembled.”

“Arrived with damaged rail. Please check that your rails open before you start building because support will not issue you a replacement until you send them pictures of the product from all angles and the damages in question. I regret buying so much furniture from them.”

Wrong Color Delivered and No Support with Sending Replacement ASAP

“I ordered the chest of drawers in black color. Ashley messed up and shipped me the white color instead. On receipt I called in to report the problem and immediately shared pictures as requested. Ashley then informed me they cannot process my replacement order until they receive the wrong item back. Who knows when I will get the correct item because the rep on the phone could not say . Absolutely horrific customer service.”

The slides for the Drawers to slide on were all locked up. So the dresser is useless.
