“Dresser looks nice but is very low quality. All parts fit well together, assembly was easy, and everything went together smoothly. However, there are 2 major flaws.
1. This thing has really sharp corners
2. The drawers barely open halfway
I can forgive the sharpness since it is a relatively cheap piece of furniture but having drawers that only partially open on a dresser is a functional issue that could have been fixed with some slightly longer drawer slides. Drawers are 16 inches deep and are a very nice size but it defeats the purpose when they only open 7.25 inches”

“We had a missing piece that caused one drawer to be very flimsy. The drawers only pull out half way making it very hard to access what you put in the drawer. The quality is definitely lacking.”

“The yellow gold color in photo, it not what you get. It's more of bronze color than yellow gold. As far as putting it together, it will take longer than an hour. There are a lot of parts and screws. It works for now, but doesn't feel strong enough to last forever. Also, the drawers only come out half way. It's a safety feature mentioned in the description.”

“Not a fan— looks pretty but the drawers only open halfway. The screws that hold the track onto the drawer are too short and won’t thread into the hole on the track. I have to go to the store and get longer screws so the drawers don’t fall off. Definitely was expecting more from a $300 dresser.”

“I purchased this dresser online on March 18. I received the dresser with no hardware. Customer service told me I would get that in two weeks, nothing received. Now they’re telling me four more weeks for delivery of hardware. I received no notification of delay. This was after spending an hour and a half on the phone with them. Customer service is absolutely awful.”

“I had high hopes for this furniture, so I bought the dresser, the 5 drawer chest, and night stand. It actually looks nice, but is not functional. The drawers of the dresser only open less than 1/2 way - do not buy this unless you are happy searching with your hand through the back of the drawers. Upon realizing I had contacted them to return on the 4th or 5th day (not sure) I said to my husband, well I guess we can assemble the chest of drawers because we have it. He said, "No, I will put it out with the trash with the empty boxes". I am going to try to install new glides so that the drawers open - otherwise we will simply call this a loss. Wish me luck! The night stand does not have this drawer opening problem. Ashley Furniture has lost a customer. Pictures do not work well to show depth of the drawers so, the drawer is 16.25 inches interior, and the distance that is available when the drawer is fully out is 7 inches. That's more than half the drawer space unseen when opening the drawer. The nightstand is 13.25 interior depth, and there is an 8.5 inch opening when the drawer is fully out - usable.”
