“We received the wrong color and Ashley refused to exchange it because it was outside the 72 hour window for returns. Horrible customer service and will never use this company again.”

“Do not buy this bed if you plan to use any bedding or make the bed. The mattress fits so tightly in the frame that nothing can be tucked in. Bedding must be bunched up along the back side, but still hangs onto the floor and creates a hazard at the foot of the bed. In order the change the sheets (make that bottom sheet- there is no room to tuck in a top sheet), the entire mattress has to be lifted up and removed from the frame. Horrible design.”
