Atrocious quality and customer service

“Absolutely atrocious quality and customer service. The side of the dresser was cracked out of the box and then the other side had a track installed backwards so the bottom drawer would never be able to pull out. Customer service refused to refund me or let me return the item, despite all the issues - none of which were my fault. I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.”

“very hard to put together the drawers are not well attach to the front panel with 2 clips took 3 hrs to assemble the directions arent well written but the color is as described but well number on the panels”

“It was easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. There was a hole missing for one of the screws which caused an issue and there were bugs in the hardware package.”

“2 stars Considering I can’t put it together because there was 2 #3 pieces and no #2…. Customer service was pleasant and sending the missing piece which is nice. But what an inconvenience and who knows when the missing piece will actually show up.”
