“The directions are half missing, even the n the you tube video and the description doesn’t explain the bed is on the floor! We had to go buy a platform frame to put the mattress on. Had it not been all put together when we discovered that we would have returned it.”

“There is a lip on both edges where the bed comes together to form the L so it won’t ever be perfectly flush. There will always be a small gap. The color is beautiful and for a $200 bed frame it will be okay for a kids bed”

“This bed arrived with the headboard damaged and the bookcase portion was missing holes per the assebly diagram . I called to get replacements sent. I received the new headboard portion but not the bookcase segment. Ill dispute this with my credit card company for a full refund.”

“I purchased 2 of these beds. I put one together PERFECTLY fine! The other one I received from Ashley upon opening it, it look as if it was a return order. The parts were placed in the box with the hard wear attached and I was also missing a part. I called Ashley customer service and they told me they couldn’t replace the order because I moved. I just brought the bed in Aug 6. I open the packet on Aug 23rd. I moved from Illinois to Texas. I only purchased the beds so I would have them when I moved in. I never open the beds until I reach Texas. Now I have a bed that I cannot use. Next step calling corporate!!”
