Toddlers new bed, went together great

“So far so good. I just got this and set it up for my three year old the other day. I picked up a bunkie board for it to avoid placing the mattress directly on the floor. The build quality is nice and everything arrived in great shape. Everything went together perfectly with no struggle. My only note was that the mattress struggles a bit to fit in the frame, which is annoying for making the bed, but great for not losing things in the frame I suppose. Also in the toddler arena it’s worth noting that the shelf edges are a little sharp, and could benefit from some edge protectors in key areas. Final note to the manufacturer, I would have happily paid more for a real wood version of this. MDF is fine but isn’t forever.”

Missing hardware

“First we were missing hardware so our bed was half put together and we had to wait 10
Days for the hardware to be mailed to us. We received the hardware today and discovered one if the boards was to the headboard was not correct. I was ok with one thing going wrong but the 2nd thing throws me off and makes me not want to purchase again. I was going to purchase my daughter one of these beds if my son liked his, but I won’t go through this again.”

“It’s been a horrible experience, missing boxes that they say has been delivered. Customer service has not been helpful at all, requested a supervisor but am disconnected instead. At this point I would just like to have everything returned. I would definitely not recommend buying from here.”

“Terrible- very low to the ground, mattress sits on the floor. Cheap build. Aren’t allowed to return because didn’t open for four days since I had been moving. I’m annoyed. This was for my mother in law- it was way too low and cheap. Also pay attention to return policy, did you know if you did try and return w/in 72 hours you have to ship it at your cost- you can’t return to a store. I’ll never buy again from Ashley.”

Buy it cause it’s cute but might be missing parts

“Didn’t receive some parts emailed them and unless i missed the email i didn’t get a reply so i just went to the store and found substitutions. Instructions and the site are listing different parts and names.
I think it looks cute though so three stars.”

“The description was quite misleading. Twice I have “chatted” with their customer service. Major waste of my time. They said they would email me twice They have not. I asked for a phone number so I could speak to a live person. The number connected to an irritating whine. They have been totally unhelpful. My advice is never but anything online from them!”

“I received a damaged product with a broken board and holes not in the correct spot per the assembly diagrams. Called for a replacement and only received the headboard portion. Im still missing the bookcase segment. I will dispute this with my credit card company.”
