“Very cheap material. Chips easily while assembling. Missing one of the drawer bottoms. Because I bought online, I can’t get help at store. Dealing with customer service on the phone is extremely difficult, especially considering the fact that Ashley only gives you 72 hours to report a problem. I sent photos of the missing piece and they still haven’t responded. I have an Ashley furniture card with a high credit limit, but I will never buy furniture from here again.”

“The dresser came quickly and was relatively fast and simple to put together. My biggest disappointment was that there were several decent sized chips in the wood from the get go. Everything still fit together but some of the chips really stand out even when fully assembled.”

“Love the dresser, although next time don’t write “we pre assembled drawer slides for you, you’re welcome!” In the instructions when u got some dumbass working for you who installed it wrong. Literally such an inconvenience, this company blows, and you guys need to fire whatever Jackass you got building furniture”

“Dresser looks nice (emphasis on "looks") and was rather easy to put together; however it feels cheap when you open the drawers. It does not have a smooth glide like other name brands and the drawer only opens 2/3 of the way - which makes it difficult to get to the back of the drawer.”
