“Came broken in three different places. But customer service was super nice and credited my money back and told me to donate it. It wasn't fixable and wouldn't pack up easily to ship back. Not good quality but was particle board and you get what you pay for.”

“If I could give it no stars I would. FIRST / MOST IMPORTANT, if you want to return an item, forget it! If you purchase online, You cannot return to an Ashley store because they ARE NOT the same company! It was beyond infuriating and total insanity to try to return this bed. It was HORRIBLE quality & damaged. After unboxing most of the bed and seeing it was awful, we called customer service. I’m sorry to say, but the outsourcing of support to another country so was impossible to get real help. Spoke to 3 different reps and spent 3.5 hours. They kept repeating we could ship it back, but we either box up the bed in its original boxes (good freaking luck after you unpack it all, AND we had broken down most of the boxes as we went) or take it to a “GNO” to get a receipt and then we’d submit the donation receipt to Ashley online to get a refund. Let me state the obvious: you can’t donate pieces of wood. We weren’t going to build the damn thing and so they wouldn’t take it. NEVER BUY HERE”

“Don’t buy. It’s cheaply made. Arrived damaged then received a replacement and it was damaged. Received a 3rd and thought it was ok and then put it together and realized it was cracked. Cheaply made.”
