DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEY —AWFUL Quality and HORRIBLE customer service

“If I could give it no stars I would. FIRST / MOST IMPORTANT, if you want to return an item, forget it! If you purchase online, You cannot return to an Ashley store because they ARE NOT the same company! It was beyond infuriating and total insanity to try to return this bed. It was HORRIBLE quality & damaged. After unboxing most of the bed and seeing it was awful, we called customer service. I’m sorry to say, but the outsourcing of support to another country so was impossible to get real help. Spoke to 3 different reps and spent 3.5 hours. They kept repeating we could ship it back, but we either box up the bed in its original boxes (good freaking luck after you unpack it all, AND we had broken down most of the boxes as we went) or take it to a “GNO” to get a receipt and then we’d submit the donation receipt to Ashley online to get a refund. Let me state the obvious: you can’t donate pieces of wood. We weren’t going to build the damn thing and so they wouldn’t take it. NEVER BUY HERE”

It turned out wrong, we thought we did a mistake building it but the part was built wrong.

“I'm satisfied with the finished assembly but the headboard was damaged in shipping. Luckily the damage doesn't show after the mattress was added. The assembly instructions could use some improvements but I appreciate the humor (I needed that). Only 2 of the 4 holes in the headboard aligned withe the bed assembly. The lower hole on each side was below the bed assembly.”
