“The bed started off easy enough to put together, but the metal slats were absolutely infuriating. They were just a little too short to screw into the sides properly, and there weren't even any guide holes to help. You need to position them just right between the sides or else one of the holes will miss the wood entirely. After finally putting it together, the bed creaks due to the fabric covering on the slats. When you put pressure on the fabric between slats, it makes sounds as the fabric stretches. I'm hoping it'll go away eventually, but as it is currently, almost any time I move it makes noise. Which, suffice to say, is not exactly ideal for something used almost exclusively when you need quiet.”

“Received the bed right away. Took 1 additional month to receive the mattress. Then when I started assembling the bed, the slats are wider than the space allowed. We received slats that are 53 1/4' but the brackets for the sideboards are 52" apart. I either received the wrong slats or the holes in the boards at the end and head of the bed were drilled too close together. It's been one month and I still don't have usable bed for my son and I've already made 3 calls to customer service.”

“The slats for the bed were about an inch and half too large. I was assembling this bed for my mom who had just entered an Alzheimer’s facility. The solution from customer service was to wait 7-10 days for replacement parts. I could also order a new bed and wait another 7-10 days. I spent the next three hours sourcing another option locally. It was a faulty product with very poor customer service. I now have the opportunity to send it back to receive a refund. More time wasted. I’m not a happy customer.”
