Missing Parts

“I have purchased many items from Ashley in the past and have been happy until now... I ordered 2 platform beds with headboards. The items arrived on time, however both headboards were missing the part that connects it to the frame. I purchased these for a rental unit in Florida and I live in Michigan. I can't just jump on a plane at a moments notice to go down there. I was able to put the beds together while I was there but the headboard isn't attached and now I have to make another trip to finish. I am frustrated with how they can package and ship and item when all the pieces aren't there. I can see if it was one item and a part was missed, but it was both items. And how do they not have the part in stock? I was there for 2 weeks and the beds arrived a few days after I got there so I had plenty of time to put it together. It took 3 weeks for the missing parts to arrive.”
