“My part #7 for the drawer is made incorrectly. The groove in it where the base slides in is not made properly for the drawer to be square. I chatted with customer service to get a replacement part sent out, and the replacement part was also made incorrectly. Now customer service is giving me the runaround. I would like either a properly made part or a refund because as is this thing is unusable.”

“I like it but the drawer that pulls out is a bit too loose. I had to put everything together. It took well over an hour. The time limit that is stated on the directions booklet is for professionals. It takes way longer but is very understandable. It did not come assembled. I hope it lasts for a minute.”

“I wanted to complete my paxberry set so I opted for these cheaper nightstands. They are not as sturdy as I would have hoped, and the drawers don’t close/flush all the way. I guess you get what you paid for, but they are cute so that makes me happy.”

“Very cute table and goes with the rest of the set. I will say that one of them ended up with a stuck drawer and I think it was because of how I assembled it. I ended up getting it resolved, but it was a pain. Overall, I would recommend these tables in the set itself is very boho and light hearted”

“I’m rating as average because all that has been done was delivery. The nightstands were left on my porch and delivered when I was not home. I believe I specifically requested a call before delivery but did not receive it (or I would have been there). The two boxes were each quite heavy for an elderly person and I did have problems getting them into the garage. They will not be opened until I move into my new home — about 5 months from now.”

I returned the dresser because I wasn’t even going to try to put that together. What’s going on with Ashley’s quality”
