“Very pretty dresser that seems relatively sturdy. Mine was sent without the screws necessary to attach the drawers to the slides but customer service sent them out quickly once I notified them. I have two major complaints. 1) Even once I got the missing screws, one of the slides was unable to be attached to the drawer because the screw hole was improperly threaded. I ended up gluing that slide to the drawer instead because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending the whole thing back. 2) The drawers are large enough, but they only open roughly halfway. This makes it difficult to get to all the clothing inside.”

“While it is a pretty dresser, It’s very cheaply made and I don’t expect it to last long. Not what I expected from Ashley furniture. Assembly of the dresser takes hours, mostly due to the fact that the parts included don’t fit together properly. The pre-drilled holes from the manufacturer are not the same. So one side will go together perfectly but then the other side the holes that the screw is supposed to fit in would either be too big or too small. Also the screws that come with the dresser that are meant to screw the drawer to the track are too short. We had to go buy different screws to make it work.”

“Fairly cheaply made. The drawer front didn’t match the rest of the dresser but they did send us a new one which was a total pain to install after the fact. Some of the screws attached to the pieces were so tight when they arrived my husband had to drill them out bc they couldn’t be budged. It looks very cute but I am very apprehensive about how it will hold up.”

“I already had the Paxberry bed w/headboard & six drawer dresser. I also purchased the nightstand w/ drawer in this order, so I love the quality of Ashley. The nightstand came assembled. The Chest was unassembled. It took me 7 hours to assemble. I had trouble w/the 2 bottom drawers. The last drawer is still not right. I don't know why it was shipped unassembled. The dresser was delivered assembled by Ashley not unassembled by FedEx like the chest. That was one reason I didn't have reservations about buying the chest. I suggest not ordering large pieces of furniture that is sold unassembled.”

The dresser worked out but when we went to add a mirror we were going to get charged almost as much for shipping as the cost of the mirror. So disappointing. “Got this for an ocean-themed room. It is easy to put together and looks great when finished. The only negative would be the drawer fronts are a little flimsy, especially the top one which is made differently than the others. It was slightly warped so one side didn't make a great connection with the metal grabber. I was so concerned about the top drawer face I used epoxy inside to glue it in place.”

Received item in a damaged position and Ashley customer service did not do much and asked us to wait another 7-10 business days .

“This is the first time I have used Ashley Furniture to order : Chest of Drawers Item #: EB1811-245. We are extremely unsatisfied as we received damaged part BALLAST PANEL. We bought this as we were expecting guests and Ashley has informed us that they are ordering replacement part. However they have said that it would take 7-10 business days from the date replacement order is processed. Two days have passed and there is no status update about the replacement part order. We have even suggested Ashley to arrange replacement order from their local store, but they have informed that online Ashley is different from the Ashley physical store and they did not offer expedited shipping in spite of the fact that we are expecting guests and we need to get this part and finish assembly before the guests arrive. Ashley is not at all helpful in this situation and leave us to our fate and ask us to wait 7-10 business days from the date the replacement part is ready. No one knows when the replacement part will be ready and when it will be shipped.”
