“I bought this dresser fully assembled and absolutely love it. It's substantial and well put together; the drawers are deep and open and close smoothly. The white glove delivery was exactly as it should be: professional and polite. They brought this dresser and the bedside table up a flight of stairs and were very careful. This dresser is very heavy! Take my advice and get it already assembled, it's worth it and you'll save yourself a lot of frustration.”

“Im giving the dresser 2 stars for its physical appearance. But the drawers only pull out halfway. So you can’t see into the entire thing and have to reach into the dresser to get things from the back of the drawer. Functionality is not there.”

“While it looks pretty in the picture and the size, & price are good, this dresser has terrible hinges that and the drawers don’t stay closed, they actually open up by themselves and stay open, or line up flush, the body of the frame that holds the whole thing together also doesn’t line up straight. Ashley had offered me a 15% discount, which I took, and at first the drawers seemed fixable, as time went on this actually had gotten worse and I had asked to return the 15% and start talking about an exchange or something else as the dresser will in fact have to be thrown out as it’s so poorly made and not acceptable for even the cheaper price, Initially they said that since they gave me the 15% off, it was case closed, I asked them several times again if there was another way we could work this out, and they never responded, so, Be advised! I have a pretty funny video of this thing being possessed by a ghost, but can only upload you tube links, which I don’t have created, and don’t want to waste more of my time with, so just have a couple pics.”

“The dressers are smaller and made of cheaper product than I expected, even considering the low price. However, I love the carved-look details and will be happy if they last 2-3 years. Oh, and it took about 3 hours each to assemble and had to go buy longer screws for drawer guides.”

“The first one I bought fell apart within less than a year. It was barely used. I went through all kinds of trouble getting in contact with someone over a span of 3+ months. The lady was amazing and fully replaced the dresser. The new one came and was built completely different than the first one. I assume this is because they got a ton of complaints about it. Fast forward to having the new one for a year that I bought a warranty on and two of drawers are non functional. On my invoice it shows the warrant companies name. Got in contact just to be told the warranty is with another company. Spoke with someone there who was useless. They said they basically do not cover anything. Mainly it there is some sort of stain and that’s it. So that was a waste of $50 for the warranty. Now here I am trying to figure out how to get parts to fix this dresser because after quite a bit of money and a TON of my time dealing with getting the dresser replaced in the first place I am back at square one. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again.”

“Terrible quality. The original I ordered had faulty drawer tracks and the drawers would barely open. They eventually sent a replacement and that one had the same issues and within a year the tracks were breaking off when trying to open the drawers. I was told the replacement had no warranty so they will not replace it again or send replacement parts. I would have to purchase an entire new dresser if I wanted it fixed. I'm assuming since this happened with both of them the item needs to be recalled or redesigned.”
