“Beautiful, drawers are a nice depth and size. The screws on the very lasts screws, which keep the drawers from falling out, are way too short. Very frustrating after making it to the end of building it and that is all wrong.”

Strong chemical odor!

“I purchased this, the six drawer dresser and the nightstand. They have been assembled in my daughter’s room for a week now and the furniture odor is so bad that I haven’t let her sleep in there since it’s been assembled. It smells like a combination of wood and chemicals and despite keeping the windows open, ceiling fan on and an air purifier running 27/7, the smell is not dissipating. I’ve tried contacting customer service on the chat function to discuss my concerns but that resulted in an hour or so of me explaining the issue to one chat representative, getting disconnected and having to go through it all over again with multiple people… for an hour! I finally gave up and will be calling customer service during their normal hours of operation.”

“I wanted to love this dresser ! We thought it was going to be the perfect piece for the nursery . It was very difficult to put together, it felt like nothing lined up and the screw lengths weren’t sufficient for specified placements . The drawers are off kilter and don’t line up , they also don’t open very far so I feel like getting clothing in and out in a folded fashion will be difficult. By far the most alarming, disappointing thing about this dresser is the chemical smell, sawdust-y that has been radiating off of it since we bought it into our home . I have concerns about having it in the nursery when our newborn comes home.
I typically love Ashley products and there are many that are the focal point of the rooms in our home , but I can’t get this one out of here fast enough !”

“My biggest complaint is that the drawers only open halfway. This makes it practically impossible to keep the drawers organized and see what is in them. We keep having to pull the clothes out to find things that have migrated to the back of the drawer. Other than that, it is cute, and the quality is sufficient for a child's room, but I would not recommend this dresser.”
