“Bought this set for my daughter as we’re upgrading her room. We had to put everything together which was fine. It was whenever we were taking everything out of the box and assembling it that we discovered a couple of flaws on it which was very upsetting especially for it being new. The top of the dresser had a chip in it towards the back already and the surface of the top has a couple of stress cracks. One of the drawers wouldn’t fully connect so there’s a a gap which makes that drawer stick out a little more than the rest. Very disappointed with the quality of this.”

“We really like this dresser! As others have mentioned, the drawers do not come out as far as other dressers may, but this is to prevent the dresser from tipping over. The assembly process is not horrible, but it does take some time. There was a YouTube video that made it a lot easier to install. Overall, we were happy with our purchase.”

“Beautiful dresser, great size for my daughter’s nursery. The drawers only pull out halfway, but if you’ve dealt with climbing toddlers, you know this can be necessary for safety purposes. The drawers are very deep, providing plenty storage. Height, width, and depth are also great for changing station.”

“Unfortunately not impressed with my purchase of this dresser. Drawers don’t extend out very far, making the back half of the drawer hard to access. My biggest complaint is that, when opening the box, the pieces were very dirty and several were chipped/damaged and noticeable after all built. A positive is that it was easy to build”

It’s cute in my nursery but I will need to replace it once she starts moving for safety reasons. Not sure if it’s even fixable with bumpers.”

“We went with something from Ashley hoping it would be good quality, we were wrong. The fasteners are all junk and it doesn't fit together very well, lots of gaps. It came with black dust all over each piece that we had to scrub off. Corners were dented and there is a big crack on the front rail, see picture. If I knew how bad quality it was would have just gotten something from IKEA for half the price. I would avoid this collection.”

“Cheap dresser also came damaged. Got 2 of #3 parts and we can’t build the dresser. So I called customer service and we had to email a picture that we didn’t receive part #2 and the lady on the phone said she would send us an email back in a couple hours but I haven’t heard anything. This is awful we have the dresser in pieces all over the nursery all because of one missing part that we waited weeks for this dresser to complete our nursery. I didn’t think that spending 360$+ it would be flimsy and would be missing parts.. plus crickets when I spoke to customer service I would like a refund or the parts shipped to my house!”

“I began by following the directions and putting the frame together. I had most of the frame together and noticed that a couple of the drilled holes did not line up. I attempted to move the dresser in which the particle board cracked exposing one of the plastic dowel rods. The cracked piece is on the front and is now compromising the integrity of the dresser. It will have to be sent back for a replacement or refund.”

“This may be the cheapest furniture that has ever been made but you get what you pay for. Scuffs all over the top and the Drawers are literally put together by hammering plastic screws into it. We can’t even get screws anymore. It is sad that we as Americans have stooped so low to be accustomed to purchasing furniture like this and it acceptable. You would think a company like Ashley would have better quality furniture. If it weren't such a pain to disassemble it would be getting returned. Do better.”

“We just finished assembling this dresser, which I ordered on July 1. We have never been more disappointed in a purchase. We have purchased many less expensive furniture items on Amazon of significantly higher quality There is nothing about this that justifies the $431 that we paid. I am stunned that Ashley Furniture would put their name on this product. The description for this item says "Drawers extend out to accommodate maximum access to drawer interior while maintaining safety" however after assembling the unit we find the drawers pull out *barely* halfway, making it very difficult to put clothing in and out. The mateiral is also very cheap looking and one of the drawer faces is damaged. This is a poor design, poorly executed and we requested a full refund but have not heard back. Save your money and go elsewhere.”

“I placed the order and shipping was okay. However, when we opened the packaging they had sent us two of the same sides so we weren’t able to put it together. I contacted customer service and they said they will ship the side 2-3 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t had it shipped. It for my baby’s nursery. My baby can come anytime and nursery is not set up thanks to their mess up and they refuse to expedite anything to help me out. Horrible experience. Plus it’s very difficult to put together. We can’t even take it apart to ship it back because it was so hard to put together and taking it apart forget about it. I am stuck with a horrible quality dresser and even worse customer service. Do not buy and if you buy please count all the pieces before starting to put it together.”

“super cheap materials half of my box came broken so they sent me a new one. drawers only open 6 inches and it’s super hard to get to the back of the drawers. plus the drawer mechanism themselves are faulty and we had to fix them to get the drawers to even shut. this will only last me a year tops with wear and tear.”

“Perfect dresser for our scallop nursery! It was honestly easier to put together than expected and we were able to do it without almost any hiccups. We had an issue with a couple drawers not hooking right causing some space but it didn’t cause any major issues and was most likely user error. I really love the way it turned out and how spacious it seems to be! The drawers don’t pull out all the way but are deep and not pulling out all the way hasn’t been a huge issue”

“I will start by saying I HOPE I get to come back and write another review. The top of the dresser was delivered chipped and dented. They started off my offering $15 off. I declined and requested a replacement. Not only could they not guarantee that the part was or ever would be in stock, but they said it would be 7-10 days AFTER the part was in stock. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency. This item was packaged damaged bc the box it was shipped in was in perfect condition. As I said I hope they do right and send me a top to our dresser as this is 100% their mistake.”
