Disappointed with Delivery and Support

“The dresser itself looks great, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”

“Cheap. Missing the bottom of one of the drawers. Have to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be sent. The drawer that did come sits crooked. I can see fingerprints in the paint where it was grabbed before paint was dry. Sharp corners that the Formica chips easily off the particle board. Dollar store quality.”
