“It is a beautiful blue color that could be used with any style of decorating. Unfortunately, the drawers do not come out fully to meet the end of the dresser making it look unkempt. It is thin melamine over pressboard. Great for a second bedroom with not much traffic”

“If you look at it from far away- it’s nice. Up close, very poor craftsmanship. The banding around the edges left visible glue or damage to paint from the application. Parts of it you can see the bright white underside of the banding where it wasn’t applied evenly. Another reviewer mentioned the drawers not opening all the way. They don’t! Only come out about half way so it’s hard to get stuff in and out of the back of the drawer. For the price and the store - you def know what you’re getting into. Thought it would be better than Target. But Target is definitely better. Would not recommended this dresser.”

Assembly Not Included Despite ‘No-Hassle’ Promise

“The dresser itself looks great, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”

“This brand is complete garbage. My item came with a piece completely in two, the faces of all the drawers were damaged and the top was as well. Ashley has horrible customer service and you will spend hours on hold. Find another brand and run from Ashley!”

“Horrible quality. Doesn't go together well and is wobbly. The drawers dont extend very far and you have to be really careful pulling them out because the whole dresser wobbles. I have seen cardboard boxes that are strudier. It's awful.”

“I didn’t want to assemble this, since it needs to be repackaged and shipped for a return. The quality is poor, and the corners arrived smashed. It’s also overpriced on this website. Now Ashley is asking for photos of the damage before approving the return.
The entire return process has been unreasonable.”
