Worst Furniture company purchase

“Worst experience I've ever had with such a reputable company. When I received it it had been delivered in front of the address and left in the rain. Mind you we were told delivery would be on Sunday and we were moving in to the new address Saturday. The bed was delivered Thursday when no one was there. After finally getting a chance to open the box it was already damaged and the paint rubs off on your hands all while just taking the pieces out of the box. Almost every board had a scuff, scratch or paint faded in spots. I tried to get an exchange and was denied. I just wasted money since I can not use the bed frame as it will stain my new carpets. This company is ok with robbery. I used the oy money I had for this move an this bed was for my son who won't have one now. Never again will I use Ashley's Furniture!”

“A lot smaller than I thought also all of the stickers to identify the different paneling are all on the finished side causing them to show and if you try to remove them the stickers rip and just leave sticker marks everywhere
Also they put all the panels for each piece in one box with no protection causing the panels to rub against each other and scratch so all of my paneling is scratched straight out the box”

“Not quite the color we thought, and it came in with a broken piece. I was able to order the new piece but cannot get an answer as to when we will have it. So the bed is sitting in our living room partially assembled.”

“Not good at all fading paint and the assembly was not able to because the parts was not aligned correctly and ended up having to purchase another bed
Ashely has a no return or replacement police that I was not aware of and now I am stuck with this bed”

“Horrible experience, the picture showed a bed with a bookcase. They sold me half a bed and I wanted the whole bed with book case so I just went to the store and bought from there. For whatever season you can’t return to the store with online purchases so I had to pay 130 for the return shipping, about half the price I paid for the incomplete product. I don’t ever plan on buying from Ashley again.”

Manufacturing mistakes.

“Everything came in perfect. Set up was straight forward but some of the direction of the boards were drilled in backwards and some of the holes were too big for the tools so it made breaking the board easy. If it was drilled in the right direction it would be a solid 5 but I think manufacturing made a mistake on these. Also how is could tell was trying to fit the boards facing the right way it wouldnt allow me to. So when I sleep now, some of the wood may or may not give me splinter.”
