Bed frame and headboard

“Color is great. Metal bars which hold mattress are about 1/2 inch too short. Also purchased headboard that is for this bed frame had a bolt hole that did not line up with the frame. Also headboard is wobbly even though securely attached to frame.”

Nice bed, Poor Follow-Through on Service

“The bed itself looks great after it took me 2 hours to put together, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”
