“Great for my wife. Color is great. We replaced straps with knobs. Allows to clean underneath. Only con is that drawers come out only half way, leaving the other half of the drawer inside the cabinet.”

“I like the size and the look but not the material. One of the pieces came broken in half. The drawers do not open more than half way. The pieces were numbered on the instructions but not on the pieces themselves so it was difficult to build it.”

Drawers come out barely half way

“None of the drawers come out all the way! Only half way, you can't take it apart and send it back or else I would have. My son can't utilize it as is, it is hard to put things in and take things out, so a waste of money for us, we have to purchase another one that will allow us to pull the drawer all the way out.”

“both dressers came in damaged, now I'm waiting another 7-10 business days to be able to receive replacement parts and am unable to return the products because they do not allow for returns on damaged items. Still waiting on Customer Service Escalation Call back which was suppose to happen with 24 hours of my call and it's been three days.”
