“I paid $2,100 for this dining server and it was damaged on delivery. The delivery driver said that Ashley will reach out to me and will send out a technician to fix it and if not able to fix it then Ashley will replace it. That never happened! So, I took the initiative to submitted a request for a replacement through the warranty department, but I haven't heard back from them.”
