“Arrived with a broken leg. And I have been waiting for a month for delivery of a replacement. Took 3 very long phone calls after many disconnects to receive any help—and yet, I have no update and no replacement. I will not be buying from Ashley again.”

“LOVE the look and the fit. The seat cushions are stiff, but I imagine in time and use they will soften. They were easy to put together and were packed very well. Definitely had an odor, but with a couple of applications of fabric spray, that dissipated. The texture/quality of the fabric feels luxurious. As other reviews mentioned, the legs are packed until the underside of the chair, causing minor tears to the lining, but this is not at all visible unless you're looking under the chair. The photo shows 6 chairs, but I purchased 8 total. Only pull out the other 2 when needed. VERY satisfied with my purchase.”

“I am so disappointed in these chairs!!!! The seats are so hard that we moved them out immediately to bring back to the store and were told they could not be returned. The quality is so poor!!!
We have bought a lot of furniture for both homes here in gig harbor and in Arizona and have never had a problem until now:(
If you are going to sell these chairs without a way to try them first.,. You should expect returns from everyone that buys them!!!
Please revisit your return policy for these awful chairs!!!”

“The chairs are a nice design and look good. I purchased these chairs and within a couple months the seat got lumpy and sagged because there's no support under them. The store replaced them and within a couple months they did the same thing. We are not large people putting a lot of weight on the seat, so they shouldn't have done this. The quality of these chairs is not good.”

“These are not as good as the old style, the bruxworth. I bought two online to replace a broken bruxworth and one won’t sit level. One leg is off the ground even after using the adjusters and I tried switching legs around, but it didn’t help. The fabric is also lighter and not as forgiving. They are also more firm—too firm on the seat, and just look a little lumpy. I needed a chair in a pinch so I’m using these but i consider them disposable and will replace with something better in a couple years. If the bruxworth was still available I’d buy ten more. That was a good dining chair. Soft, fabric hides stains well, held up well for me for a couple years until my kid leaned back in one and the leg snapped. They’re discontinued so I had to get the burkhaus to replace them with and I do not like them as well. Also, the price dropped by $100 on the set of these the day after I bought them and it’s impossible to get anyone from online to honor the sales price. Super frustrating.”
