Horrible service!!! Read the BBB reviews before doing business with Ashley.

“Do NOT shop here! Delivery and assembly and customer service absolutely terrible. Delivery 8 hours late,, assemble team did not know how to put the table together. 15 days later and we still can not use the table. Quoted another 7 to 10 days for service. They canceled 2 appointments no notice, I have lost 3 days of work. Even the delivery / tech guy told me Ashley is the worst and he gets customer complaints every day.”

“Bought these on June 19, today was the 5th delivery attempt made by Ashley!! Each time they bring either damaged or repainted items!! Totally disappointed with Ashley service!! Waiting for a fully paid table for more than one month with 5 delivery attempts with each time damaged or repainted items!!”
