Damaged furniture

“My items were delivered damaged. Pretty sure the damage was caused by the delivery drivers. Also the table was missing a piece. I have called several times and no one has reached out to me to follow up as of yet. It’s going on 2 weeks. Would not recommend because this furniture was too expensive to have to deal with damage and no follow up. Also on my 3rd call to follow up the agent was very rude. Very frustrating.”

“I loved this item which is why I purchased it. Then when it got delivered it was a floor model and it was defective with a dent. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone willing to replace it. Instead someone emailed me and told me that the item has not arrived at the warehouse & there is not est. delivery date, which makes NO sense because I can re purchase it & have it delivered in 7 days.”
