“Horrible and a complete failure!
Delivery went fine but the table has manufacturer defects that Ashley refuses to replace or fix.
A technician was sent out tried to repair but only caused worse damage and then refused to repair other damages saying that they were normal. Never told us what he was doing and used spray paint inside our home causing our dog to start choking and leaving the house toxic for hours.
Paid $1700 for a damaged table and a traumatic experience!”

“When my table arrived the two leafs for the table were damaged. I called customer service right away and they told me I would be sent 2 new ones. No one ever got back to me even though they said my account was notated and I never received the new leafs. Extremely disappointed. I will not by from Ashley in the future.”

“Discoloration on top and cheap looking base. Two delivery guys were appalling. Talked about flatulence, used my bathroom, left a rusty screw behind on the floor, and put several bolts on the ground and departed without telling me what bolts were for.”
