“Horrible and a complete failure!
Delivery went fine but the table has manufacturer defects that Ashley refuses to replace or fix.
A technician was sent out tried to repair but only caused worse damage and then refused to repair other damages saying that they were normal. Never told us what he was doing and used spray paint inside our home causing our dog to start choking and leaving the house toxic for hours.
Paid $1700 for a damaged table and a traumatic experience!”

“The product was delivered with a damaged table top, made a complaint and I was offered some cashback to keep the product. I did not accept. I received a new invoice on 9/22/2025 which indicate I will be receiving a new table top, but up to now I have received any call to schedule delivery. I don’t know what is going on, very bad......”
