HELP!

“I love this chair! I ordered 8 of them to replace my old ones. The pure white color is the trait that drew me to these! They were fairly easy to assemble! HOWEVER! One was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they told me they would send a replacement back in 10 days! Nothing! I reached out again and they said the timeframe had been changed to 2 to 3 weeks. It’s been 5 weeks now and I still have not received it so I have 7 beautiful chairs and one with a big chunk out of the back.”

“Love these beautiful and sturdy chairs! Great comfortable design on both the seat and back! They fit well with our existing table with room on each side. The front leg adjustable option was not a feature that worked for us because we felt that the material wasn’t strong enough (plastic) we ended up using felt tabs to level them out. Softer material on our floor.”

Sturdy and surprisingly well made

“The only reason these chairs are getting 4 stars is because one was defective, and I had a hassle to contact Ashley and get a replacement. The replacement came very timely, but the representative made me jump through hoops stating I had to email a photo of the donation form with specific info on it because they did not require me to return it. Just so anyone else asks this, the chairs hold AT LEAST 275lb. I looked that up and could not find an answer for myself, so I had tested it out one day at dinner. I'm glad they didn't fall to the floor! haha”

“Chairs are lovely but actually too big for our needs. We tried to return 2 of the 4 (still boxed and unassembled) but were denied. as we were told we needed to report this within 72 hrs. I'm not sure we even opened them within 72 hrs) and we had time to assess we decided they were too big for our kitchen....did not see mention of 72 hrs on my paperwork.”
