“Cheaply made. It's falling apart along the edges and 2 of the pieces came heavily damaged. Bad quality control. They did send a technician to fix the damage but I doubt it will be the last time. Seems fragile and not sure it will last. If it was easy to return I would. I would not recommend it unless it was solely for staging purposes.”

“They sent the wrong legs the first time it was getting delivered and I had to reschedule. Total inconvenience. The table had scratches on the edges as if it was mishandled at the warehouse. Very disappointed in this company.”

Missing Part/No escalation process to resolve

“My recent experience with Ashley Furniture has been incredibly frustrating, largely due to a missing part and a lack of follow-through from their customer service team. I received my table on May 28, 2025, only to discover it was missing part R79742 (Bracket (141x50x3mm)). I contacted Ashley's phone support the very next day, May 29th. The agent struggled to locate the part, so I had to find it myself on their own parts website and provide the number. I was promised a callback within 24 hours – a call that never came. The following week, I tried again, this time through text support. I finally received a tracking number, and the part shipped via FedEx on June 4, 2025. It arrived in Georgia on June 6, 2025, but then got stuck in a "yellow/exclamation point" status, never moving. When I followed up, Ashley informed me they couldn't send another replacement until FedEx provided an update. Ultimately, FedEx lost the part. Despite Ashley's error, there's no process to expedite replacement part shipments. Their standard shipping for replacements is 7-10 business days. So, since May 28th, my new table has been sitting unusable on my floor. Out of pure frustration, I initiated a return, but I haven't heard back from Ashley on that either. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with unhelpful customer service and a significant delay in getting a usable product. The table looks nice. Wish I could use it.”
