“This piece worked perfectly in my kitchen. It was fairly easy to assemble. Some of the holes were slightly misaligned but I was still able to make it work. I use it to store all my Oxo pop spice containers as well as dry pantry items and two of my Ninja appliances are on the counter. It really help to declutter my kitchen. Totally worth the price given all the other options I was considering.”

“Fits my needs perfectly, but glad we measured because it looked smaller on display. Instructions to assemble were easy, but it does take about an hour to assemble. The door hinges were not properly aligned on the right (came that way) so the door had to be forced a bit and will now slam closed until we new hinges. Overall, happy with the purchase and sturdiness of this piece.”

Others keep getting pushed back every time I call customer service.”

How to remove the drawers!

“During assembly, there is a point where you have to remove the two drawers in order to screw in the tops of the legs. There are no instructions on how to do this and all the other reviews indicate having to give a firm yank to pull them out.
With the drawer fully extended, look in the middle of the rail near where the outer rail meets the inner. There is a small lever/flange that you can depress. Do this to both rails (one toggles up, the other down). You can then pull the drawer off gently.
Didn't find this answer anywhere on the internet, so I hope this helps the next person that is confused.”

“The server table finally looks great, service was great, we had issues with the item being damaged during shipping. Ashley addressed the issue right away and sent out an replacement. The item was repacked in another shipping box to prevent shipping damage again. Only issue with the second shipment was one warped door (not due to shipping) I emailed Ashley right away and that rushed out a new door right away. Me and my family is very pleased with the product, it looks great! Beautiful piece of furniture.”

“Nice piece of furniture, and easy to put together even though the guide had no words, only diagrams. Still working on two drawers that don't fully close on one side. Putting the doors on wasn't easy either. I had to actually take the hinge off the cabinet and align it with the hinge on the door to make the pin go in. Then I had to add two washers to make the door vertical. It took me over 3 hours to do the whole thing by myself. In 2 days I'm having delivered the TV stand with pier cabinets, lift top coffee table, and side table. I paid to have them put those together and in place, so I might ask them if they know how to fix the drawers.”
