“I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this table since Ashley's product description does not provide full details. The table we received has significantly more variation in color and grain than what was displayed in the Ashley's store or shown online. If you're expecting your table to look like the display model, be aware there's a strong possibility it will not. In our case our table had extreme variation, so much so that parts of the finish look as if the printer ran out of ink (look at the attached pictures). Unfortunately, Ashley was unwilling to exchange or accept a return even though we were still within the 30-day period. while this review may sound like it's written out of frustration, my intention is simply to inform others of what to expect. It would be helpful if Ashley included a clear description noting that this table can have substantial natural variation like they do for other tables. While the company is quick to process a sale, our experience showed they are not willing to ensure customer satisfaction after the purchase.”

“I ordered a table, and they delivered it with damaged corners. I refused to accept it, and the delivery guys took it back and told me that this wasn’t the first time it had happened.
The next day, I called to cancel the purchase. I talked for 30 minutes, and they told me to wait for an email. I never received it. Then I called two more times — nothing.
I went to the store, and they just gave me a screenshot from their computer showing that they supposedly refunded me the same day. I never got the money.
I’ve just opened a dispute with the bank. I regret not reading the reviews earlier.(they delivered table in blanket)”
