Nice design and comfortable with two buts

“Nice design. Wide seat and low back that blends with the dining table height but still provides ample ergonomic back support, that won us over. The legs do not fit snugly during assembly. Each of the 4 we assembled had some kind of misalignment that barely made it through. And it was not fully off-gassed. I could still smell fumes after one week of outdoor curing”

Can’t honor their own delivery times

“Delivery date has been moved 4+ times in the last two weeks since I’ve ordered these. I purchased 8 chairs and the matching table and it originally said a delivery date of May 10th. Got a call a few days later saying that delivery was delayed until May 22nd so I called in to see what was going on and the representative let me know that it’d be delivered on May 13th instead. May 12th rolled around and I got a call saying was delayed until May 17th with a promise that “this is the last time it’d be rescheduled and that they were very sorry for this inconvenience”. May 16th rolled around and got another call now saying May 22nd. It’s ridiculous that a company this large can’t get their delivery times sorted out. We considered quite a few different furniture stores but decided on Ashley’s thinking that they’d have their stuff together since such a large company - we were wrong. I’d avoid.”

“I ordered white glove service and then it was switched to ground without my awareness as apparently Ashley’s policy is to prioritize fastest delivery time vs. customer’s preference. So they are currently sitting in a box until Ashley refunds my white glove fee or comes to build them. Regret this purchase. Oh and I reached out to customer service and they told me they didn’t have a supervisor and I had to wait 24-48 hours for someone to call me. Well we are going on day 4 and no call even though I reached out again.”

“The chairs were incredibly difficult to assemble. The holes just wouldn’t line up on one. Also the smell was headache inducing.
My feet didn’t comfortably reach the ground when sitting.
I love the look, but I am sending them back.”
