Table was not install correctly

“1st time the delivery team was rushed and
failed to properly inspect the table and left without it was fully assembled. I made the deliver team aware and I tried to refused the delivery. They refused to take it back. I called the store table the date of delivered 4/29 and notified them the issues dealing with the issue ever since. Fast forward, 5/14 is the 3rd time they show up, arrived with missing parts to assembled table and left again”

Terrible customer service!!!
I ordered the $999 Dressoni table They delivered a piece of crap. It was wrapped in a sticky, filthy smelly blanket and packing tape. No box. All of the parts were covered in a black film (almost like smoke residue) and it was missing 8 bolts, 11 washers & bolts. Upon trying to assemble it, all the wood was warped. I immediately contacted Ashley, explained to them the situation and sent many pics of what was delivered. After getting the run-around for a week with multiple phone calls and emails, they refused to credit my card until the table was picked up and “received “ by their warehouse. Originally they said they would send a replacement, then later told me it was discontinued and I needed to drive to an Ashley store and pick out a new table. They said it could be WEEKS before we got our credit if we didn’t want a different table. Absolutely unacceptable in EVERY way! I will NEVER again buy anything from Ashley.”
